Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 5 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make peanuts in an electric nut bowl? First, boil a jar of condensed milk. To do this, remove the label from the jar. Wash the jar in warm water, while removing the remaining glue. Put a clean jar in a large saucepan and fill it with cold water. Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook, making sure that the jar is under water. Cook for 3.5-4 hours. Or buy a ready-made condensed milk, your choice.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

While condensed milk is cooking, take care of the cookie dough. To do this, beat the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar to them. You can change the amount of sugar for yourself. In principle, there is a very sweet filling, so you can do with a minimum of sugar.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for a few minutes so as to bring them to a state of strong foam.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Melt the butter over the fire in a small saucepan or ladle. How to melt butter? Put it in a bucket. Put the ladle on medium heat and heat the oil without bringing it to a boil. Once the butter is completely melted, pour it into the egg-sugar foam.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add sour cream and baking powder to the egg-sugar mixture and butter in a deep container. Beat the mixture thoroughly again until smooth.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

To knead the dough, use a special nozzle for kneading thick dough called "hook". To do this, you need to gradually add flour sifted through a sieve in a container with egg mixture in small portions. When the dough is completely kneaded, remove it from the container and transfer it to a plate or work surface so that it is convenient to pinch off small pieces from it. It is permissible to knead the dough with a spoon, and then with your hands. It turns out dense

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Now you can use either a multi-baker with panels for cookies "nuts", or a simple Soviet hazel (who has it). The process is simple: pinch off pieces of dough, roll them into a ball and shift them into a mold. Fill in all the cells of the multi-baker or hazel so. Then cover the bottom of the mold with the top and bake the cookies for 3-4 minutes. Transfer the finished nuts to a wooden surface and cool at room temperature.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Fill all baked halves of nuts with previously cooked and cooled homemade condensed milk. When all the halves are filled with condensed milk, it remains only to connect the halves together. Cookies nuts with homemade boiled condensed milk are ready! Bon appetit!

Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

If you don't want to add baking powder to the dough, you can replace it with soda. The proportions will be as follows: 1 teaspoon of baking powder = ½ teaspoon of soda + ¼ teaspoon of table vinegar. If the recipe specifies less / more baking powder than 1 tsp, the proportions of soda and vinegar will also be less / more than indicated, be careful.
