Step 1:
How to make a milkshake without a blender and a banana mixer? Prepare the products. For the main option, you will need only three ingredients — milk, ice cream and a banana. In addition to them, you can use absolutely any fruits and berries, as long as they are soft enough to mash them with a fork. The number of products is approximate, you can reduce or add them to your liking.
Step 2:
Banana for this cocktail, choose the most ripe, even a little overripe, such a fruit will not only give more flavor to the drink, but also make it more silky. Be sure to wash the banana, there may be a lot of dirt on its peel. Then peel it and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3:
Put the banana slices in a bowl and mash them well with a fork. You won't get an absolutely homogeneous mass, but it doesn't matter — with small pieces, the cocktail will be even tastier.
Step 4:
It's the ice cream's turn. Take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it melts well and becomes liquid. What kind of ice cream is suitable? Any of your favorites — vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. The main thing is that it is made from natural ingredients and does not contain vegetable fats. Put it in a separate bowl and stir, achieving uniformity.
Step 5:
Pour the ice cream into a bowl with the mashed banana and mix them well with a fork.
Step 6:
Pour milk into the banana-ice cream mixture. Milk is suitable for any fat content, it is absolutely not essential in this recipe. Stir the mixture first with a fork. And in order to give the drink airiness and make foam on top, you will need a regular hand whisk in the form of a spring. Beat the cocktail with it for a minute until the foam forms. At the same stage, you can add any flavors - vanilla, cinnamon, etc.
Step 7:
