Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the necessary products. Take a banana as ripe as possible, preferably a slightly blackened banana, - such bananas are the sweetest, and for a cocktail this is the most important thing. Take milk with an average fat content of about 2.5 - 3.2%. It is best to use whole milk - it is much healthier. But I also want to note that it would be quite nice to replace milk with cream of minimum fat content, about 10%. Then the cocktail will be very satisfying and rich!

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

To prepare this drink, we will need an immersion blender and of course a bowl for this blender. Peel the banana, cut it in any way and put it in the bowl of a blender. Slicing a banana does not play any role, you can even just break it with your hands. But I cut a banana into thin circles for natural beauty.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add vanilla sugar to the bowl. Of course, it is quite possible to do without this supplement. But such cocktails are usually prepared for children. And children really love the aroma and smell of vanilla. From some other additives, cinnamon is also perfect here - children also like it very much. I do not recommend adding sugar, but still focus on the sweetness of the banana. For my taste: even with a not very sweet banana, sugar is not needed.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Gently pour in the milk in a thin stream. For a smoother consistency of the cocktail, I recommend using milk or cream, as well as a banana of the same temperature. And since bananas cannot be cooled, it will be necessary to get milk from the refrigerator in advance.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put an immersion blender in the bowl, turn on the minimum speed, whisk for 3-5 minutes, until a thick foam appears.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

The cocktail turns out to be quite thick. To taste, you can add not one, but one and a half bananas - then the taste will be even more banana.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour the finished cocktail into glasses, decorate with a banana circle and serve to the table. Bon appetit!

Such a cocktail is a great idea for a children's party!
