We put the finished dessert in the cremans, alternating pumpkin with apples and dates with chopped nuts. When serving, pour honey over the dessert. Our treat is ready!

For this recipe, I used peeled walnuts from the store so as not to bother with cutting them. I had unpeeled nuts with thick shells at home, but they are cleaned especially hard and this process takes a lot of time, and so I just chopped them with a knife and then dried them a little more in a dry frying pan. I think that instead of walnuts, you can take roasted almonds or hazelnuts (hazelnuts) - the taste will be different, but no worse. Or you can mix different types of nuts altogether - I'll do it that way next time. In addition to the fact that all nuts are delicious, they are also very useful, like the rest of the components of this dessert: pumpkin, raisins, dates and honey. By the way, instead of dates, you can also take other dried fruits, for example, dried apricots - I just love it, even more than dates. Raisins also happen to be different. I once took a very large raisin, which costs more than usual and looks a little different because of its size. So you can make such an assortment by changing its composition a little - it will still be delicious, satisfying and useful. Also, the final taste of this dish will depend on the type of honey, most importantly, take liquid honey, not candied. Bon appetit!
