Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make an anthill from pieces of dough on sour cream with boiled condensed milk? We are preparing the dough for our dessert. Combine sour cream, softened butter (or margarine) in a bowl and sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2:
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the dough until smooth.
Step 3:
For some time (30-60 minutes), the dough is sent to the refrigerator. Parts of the dough are plucked off and divided by hands into smaller pieces. We put them on a sheet covered with parchment paper.
Step 4:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until a beautiful golden hue.
Step 5:
Now you can prepare cream from whipped boiled condensed milk and softened butter and vanilla sugar, the latter to taste. I just love this cream!
Step 6:
Mix the cooled pastries in a large bowl with the cream so that it is evenly distributed, and then spread the slide on a large dish.
Step 7:
And it's better to make a few small "anthills", then you get a cake Anthill. Overnight we leave it in the refrigerator for impregnation.
For the first time I tried this cake as a child at my girlfriend's birthday party. As I remember now, I thought it consisted of walnuts. Agree, at first glance it may seem so! And when I tried it, I couldn't tear myself away - since then it has become my favorite cake. We washed it down with lemonade then - in Soviet times, sweet carbonated drinks were not as harmful as they are now. So, the anthill cake is associated with my childhood, birthday and lemonade. And even now, as an adult, I can't love him less! I often cook this cake for my family and try to make sure that my relatives have no less pleasant memories associated with it. Cooking not one large Anthill, but several small ones is a good idea. So everyone will have their own cake. Shortbread crumbly dough in addition to boiled condensed milk cream is always a win-win option. An anthill in the form of a cake or cakes will decorate any celebration, especially for children! Bon appetit!
