Many books have been written about the benefits of honey. It should be eaten not only for diseases (although nowadays people remember it during the period of illness). Honey contains many useful substances, vitamins and minerals and has antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal properties, it improves blood quality, relieves inflammation. But you need to take honey dosed so as not to get the opposite effect. The daily dose should not exceed 150 grams.
Onions should also be present in our daily diet. A good antiseptic and strengthens the body.
The recipe is very simple.
Chop onion (medium size) in a blender, coffee grinder or on a fine grater.
You can squeeze the juice through cheesecloth or use the gruel itself.
Add honey and stir. If the honey is thick, then pre-melt it in a water bath, but do not allow the honey to boil, so it will lose its useful properties.
Take this gruel 3 times a day, stirring each time, as the honey goes down. It can be washed down with hot (but not scalding) milk or tea.
The taste of such a medicine is honey with bitterness, not everyone may be pleasant, but it helps well, both for illness and for prevention.
Onion and honey are a wonderful healthy combination! They increase immunity, so they are taken not only for coughs and runny noses.
