Step-by-step cooking
To start, we will prepare the fish. Mine, disassemble into fillets, remove the upper film. For the sauce, squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange and add a mixture of spices and salt to it. We unfold the film on the table, place the fish on top and rub it with juice and spices. The finished fish is carefully wrapped in a film and sent to the refrigerator for marinating for 1 hour (or more). While the fish is marinating, let's do zucchini. I wash them and cut them lengthwise into slices 0.5 cm thick . Garlic is crushed and added to the zucchini, seasoned with salt, pepper (you can add your favorite spice mixture) and vegetable oil, mix everything and leave to soak in our flavors. Marinated fish and zucchini fry on baked coals until golden brown, about 10 -15 minutes. Bon appetit!
