Chocolate gingerbread cut lengthwise into three parts. Mix powdered sugar with sour cream. Bananas are cut into rings. Gingerbread dipped in sour cream and spread on a plate in layers. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate on top. We put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours so that the cake is soaked.
