Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. Instead of boiled sausage, you can choose smoked or semi-smoked sausage, use meat, chicken, bacon, everything that you like in the filling.
Step 2:
To prepare the dough, mix the egg, softened butter and sour cream until smooth. Add baking powder and sifted flour and knead a soft and elastic dough. We leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes and prepare the filling for mini-pizzas.
Step 3:
To prepare it, cut the sausage into strips or cubes, three cheese on a coarse grater, cut cherry tomatoes into circles and finely chop dill.
Step 4:
Roll out the rested dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm and squeeze out a circle with a glass (from this amount of dough I got 8 bases for mini-pizzas), send the bases to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 5:
We put the filling on the bases: mayonnaise, sausage, a little cheese, tomatoes, cheese. We send mini pizzas to a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Ready-made mini-pizzas are sprinkled with chopped dill on top, let cool down a little and serve to the table.
Step 6:
Mini pizzas are ready! If guests have come to you, it is better to serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
