Mini pizzas with boiled sausage and cherry tomatoes

Very quick to prepare and satisfying mini pizza recipe. Pizza is an Italian national dish in the form of a round tortilla covered, in the classic version, with tomato sauce and melted cheese (usually Mozzarella). The classic pizza dough is made from special flour and live yeast, salt and water. The dough is kneaded manually and sent to rest, after which it is divided into balls from which the bases for pizza are formed. Since the ancient times of the origin of pizza, many housewives have made their own adjustments to the classic recipe, which only made it better.
