Cooking:
Kebabs.
1. Wash the salmon and scallop. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and marinate the scallops and salmon for an hour.
3. Drain the marinade, scallop and salmon pieces dry with a paper towel.
String 3 pieces of scallops, 2 pieces of salmon and 4 small pieces of bacon on wooden skewers.
4. Fry in a hot frying pan greased with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Spicy potatoes.
