Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare a quick yeast dough, it is best not to take dry yeast, but live. They are sold in packages of 100 grams. And milk should be taken warm. Dissolve the live yeast in warm milk. In such an environment, they immediately begin to activate.
Step 2:
Add vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and sugar to the bowl. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Sift the flour for the dough a couple of times through a sieve. This will saturate it with oxygen and the finished products will be lush and airy.
Step 4:
It is convenient to knead yeast dough in a dough mixer or food processor. Only the nozzle should be for a tight dough. Gradually adding flour, knead a smooth, homogeneous dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
Step 5:
Quick yeast dough is ready. It took no more than 5 minutes to knead it. Even if it lies on the table in a warm kitchen for 10-15 minutes, you will already notice that it immediately begins to fit. Cook pies, pies, buns from it.
I used this dough to make pies with cottage cheese filling and for a pizza base. Despite the fact that a separate thin dough is prepared for pizza, I still like the finished dough under the pizza to be fluffy and soft. It turns out, as it were, an open pie with various, unsweetened fillings. But this is the option we prefer.
Due to the fact that there are no eggs in the dough, products made from it do not harden for a long time.
The dough according to this recipe can be prepared for the future for several days and stored in the refrigerator, wrapped in a bag. To use it, it will be enough to let it lie in the kitchen and warm up to room temperature.
This dough can be prepared in a bread maker. Just put all the necessary ingredients in her bowl and turn on the dough mode. Only here, however, add the flour gradually to be able to control the consistency of the dough. If there is too much flour, then the dough will become dense and tight. It will be a bad fit and will not be convenient to work with.
