Step 1:
How to make a salad with carrots in Korean and crab sticks? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Carrots in Korean can be bought ready-made or cooked yourself. Open a jar of canned corn and drain all the liquid from it.
Step 2:
Defrost the crab sticks and peel them from the packaging. Boil the eggs in boiling water in advance for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water from them and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the cooled eggs from the shell.
Step 3:
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and transfer to a spacious salad bowl. Add canned corn to them.
Step 4:
Also cut a fresh cucumber into thin strips and add it to the salad along with Korean carrots and chopped eggs. Eggs can be conveniently and quickly cut using an egg cutter.
Step 5:
Add a little mayonnaise to the salad and mix all the ingredients. Transfer the finished salad to a salad bowl of a suitable size and serve to the table. Before serving, the salad can be slightly cooled in the refrigerator. This salad is a great addition to the main course! Bon appetit!

Important! Do not buy the product if there is frost on it. This is a sign of repeated freezing. Fresh sticks should be free of gray and yellow spots, elastic and slightly moist. If the product is sticky, it means it is spoiled.
