1. We put the salted bitters in a bowl with cold water, wash them, drain the water and repeat the process. You need to wash the mushrooms better, then put them in a colander, let the water drain.
2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until soft.
3. Chop mushrooms with onions using a meat grinder or blender. The consistency can be made pasty or with small pieces, if desired.
Serve on the table garnished with herbs as desired.
