Cooking method
1.Thoroughly wash the lemon peel with hot water with a brush, dry it, grate it on a fine grater, put it in a small saucepan.
2. Fill the peel with water (about 100 ml) and leave for 4-5 hours.
3. After the specified time, pour water into a saucepan, pour sugar, send it to the fire.
4. In sugar syrup, we decant water from under the zest, cook to the desired density.
We use syrup for various culinary purposes.
Stored in the refrigerator.
