Cooking method
Cut carrots into slices and blanch for 1 minute in boiling water, cool. We cut potatoes into cubes, tomatoes into slices, onions into half rings, we disassemble the fish into plates.
The "trick" of this salad is in the dressing. For her, we take 70 g of vegetable oil (I have a mixture of olive and sunflower), a crushed garlic clove, a teaspoon of lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Mix everything, season the salad, let it brew a little and - bon appetit!
