Step-by-step cooking
Put the beans in a large salad bowl (beans can be taken and canned, tender).
Peeled onion cut into half rings of medium thickness and pour boiling water to keep the whole onion in the water, leave it literally for 5 minutes.
Then drain the boiling water and pour the onion marinade (water + vinegar) and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the marinade.
Put the onion in a salad bowl with the beans, add the herring fillet, cut into small cubes. Season with vegetable oil and add chopped green onion.
It turns out beautifully when the onion is cut diagonally.
