Lentils with chicken fillet

Step-by-step cooking
1. Pour the lentils with a glass of water for 2 hours. Someone does it at night. 2 hours is enough for me.
2. Pour the lentils with 2 cups of hot water, add salt and cook over low heat until ready for 30-40 minutes.
3. Peel the onion, garlic and bell pepper, wash the fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Cut onion into half rings, garlic finely, pepper in short strips, fillet in small pieces.
4. in olive oil, combine onion with garlic and bell pepper, add fillets, pepper and sprinkle with spices to taste. Fry for 10 minutes so that the fillet is not dry.
5. Then add the boiled lentils to the meat, mix well and put out everything together for 5-7 minutes so that the lentils take in the flavors.
6. Serve the finished lentils hot. Bon appetit!
