Cheesecake with summer berries

Wonderful dessert with fresh berries. It looks great, and how delicious! I fell in love with cheesecakes in the USA. Cheesecakes in the States are favorites among cakes. And it is deserved!!! The most delicate curd dessert that melts in the mouth does not leave anyone indifferent! You may be surprised by the name of my cheesecake - with summer berries-but all the berries I used are frozen! It's really cool to feel summer in winter, thanks to such a cake!!!

Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Chop the cookies and sugar in a blender. Put butter to them and mix until smooth.

Grease a detachable baking dish with oil, put the resulting mass into it so that a basket with a bottom and side walls turns out. Put the mold in the oven and bake for 8 minutes. Cool, then remove from the mold.

Beat cream cheese with sugar.

Whisk cream with lemon juice. Add the cream to the cottage cheese and mix gently.

Put the filling in a cookie basket and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Arrange the berries beautifully on the surface of the cheesecake and put them back in the refrigerator for half an hour.
