Step-by-step cooking
Cut the breasts into strips along the fiber.
Chop the onion into thin half rings.
Squeeze garlic through a garlic press.
Pepper cut into strips.
Fry in oil until transparent one third of the onion.
Add chopped chicken fillet to the onion.
Fry the chicken until the meat turns white.
Add half of the remaining onion, half of the portions of pepper and garlic.
Fry on medium heat for seven to ten minutes, then add the remaining onion, pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fry for another 5-7 minutes and pour in vinegar and soy sauce, add seasonings for chicken.
Stir, close the lid and leave for a few minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the dish brew.
