Boil water, put soy meat in it for 10-12 minutes. after that, drain the water, and cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until ruddy, about 5-7 minutes. Then turn down the heat, add two cloves of garlic, passed through a garlic chopper, stir and fry for another minute on low heat. After that, add soy sauce, stir and fry for another minute, then lemon juice, stir and fry again for a minute and finally add the prunes cut into quarters, mix well, cover with a lid and turn off after 2 minutes.
