First bread

Extremely delicious bread with olives in the Italian manner. Who knows, but I perfectly remember my first bread, which I made without the help of a bread maker. Under the impression of a friend's party, her incredible charm combined with a table bursting with an abundance of excellent food and wonderful bread, I finally decided for the first time to bake bread not in a bread maker, but simply in the oven according to this friend's recipe. I did everything very carefully, because it was my first experience. But everything happens for the first time sometime and, contrary to the proverb, the first pancake is not always a lump. At least the bread turned out to be quite successful.

I diluted salt with yeast and sugar in warm water, and added a glass of flour, which I sifted through a sieve. I added butter there and stirred everything. Then he poured a mixture of dried herbs of Italian cuisine and stirred again.

Slowly and carefully I poured in the remaining flour, kneading the dough. Then I put the dough into a large saucepan and put it in a warm place under a clean towel. Meanwhile, I chopped the olives and prepared the table by carefully oiling it.

I put the dough on this table and with my hands in olive oil formed a sheet of dough, on which I laid out pieces and olives and wrapped it like a roll. I put baking paper on a baking sheet and lightly brushed it with wheat flour.

Blinded the edges of the roll and formed a long bread loaf with his hands, put it with the sealed side down, and diagonally made a loaf notch with a silicone knife. He covered it with a towel and let it stand for about twenty minutes. Meanwhile , the oven warmed up to 200 C.

Warmed up for a short time, as soon as it became warm in it, I put bread rolls on a baking sheet there and baked until golden blush.

Then I cooled it by covering it with a clean linen napkin and was very pleased with my first bread, in the preparation of which I dispensed with a bread maker.

The food turned out very tasty when I made ham and cheese sandwiches.
