Original salad with breadcrumbs and sprat

I want to share with you a culinary recipe that my ex-husband liked so much. The culinary recipe of the salad "crackers under a fur coat" is easy to prepare, but this does not prevent it from being delicious and very useful.
To begin with, we take 250 g of bread (you can use any, except white), as for me, I prefer rye, and cut it into small cubes. Then fry it in vegetable oil. After it is crispy and gets a golden crust, we put it on a dish and mix it with mayonnaise.
Grate fresh carrots, pre-washed and peeled, on a coarse grater. Chop the onions (you can pour boiling water over them to remove the sharpness). Mix onions with carrots and fry in vegetable oil. Then divide the mixture into two parts. We put one part on a dish with breadcrumbs.
Put a jar of sprats in tomato on a plate, knead it with a fork. Then we spread a layer of sprats in tomato on carrots.
The remaining mixture: overcooked onions with carrots spread on top of the sprat.
Each layer is soaked in mayonnaise. We leave the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and it is ready to eat. Due to its simplicity, such food can be cooked every day, but in its taste qualities, this food is not inferior to festive dishes.
