Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the marinade. There are many different marinade recipes for turkey kebab. One of the most popular lemon marinade, it can be called a classic. It consists of lemon juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic and various spices. Thanks to the acid in the composition, this marinade makes the fillet soft and juicy quite quickly.
Step 2:
Pour vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice into a bowl. If the juice is squeezed out of a fresh lemon just before cooking the marinade, then you can use its peel, removing a little zest and add it to the mixture.
Step 3:
Add dry spices to the liquid. You can use ready-made spices for poultry shish kebab, but it is better to choose the composition yourself. Add fragrant freshly ground spices: black pepper, coriander, paprika, salt and suneli hops. Stir the mixture.
Step 4:
Garlic cloves are peeled from the film and finely chopped with a knife or passed through a press. Fresh parsley greens are thoroughly washed under running water, dried on a paper towel and finely chopped. You can use frozen greens or dry chopped parsley.
Step 5:
We send the cooked garlic and herbs to a bowl with a mixture. Mix it up. The marinade is ready. You can proceed to marinating turkey meat cooked for barbecue. A couple of hours is enough to marinate a turkey in this sauce. But, of course, the marinating time is affected by the quality of the meat, the size of the pieces into which it was cut. It will remain to cook shish kebab on skewers. Enjoy your meal!
I had enough marinade for 2 kg of turkey meat. But keep in mind that everyone's preferences are different, so the proportions of the marinade relative to the amount of meat may differ from my tastes. You may need more or less marinade for the same amount of meat. Try, experiment and enjoy your appetite!
