Cooking method
Only glass dishes should be used for marinating chicken. Enameled is also not a bad fit. One rule should be remembered: the longer the chicken meat is marinated, the more delicate the taste of the finished dish will be. Therefore, it is impossible to hurry in this matter!
What kind of marinades do not exist! There are many of them! Professionals in cooking use honey marinade for chicken. The taste is always amazing! Many housewives have already given up mayonnaise when marinating. Instead of mayonnaise, other components are used that emphasize the individual taste of the dish, for example honey. And soy sauce gives oriental flavor notes to the dish. If soy sauce is included in the marinade, then it will not be necessary to salt it at all. But if salt is still not enough, then you need to adjust the taste of the bird at the very end of cooking, or just before use. Otherwise, the salt will draw out all the moisture from the meat, and accordingly make the chicken stiff and dry. Following the above recommendations, the finished dish will never disappoint with its taste! So, let's prepare a honey marinade based on soy sauce:
- pour liquid honey into a glass bowl;
- then pour soy sauce;
- we also add white wine vinegar here;
- ginger is cleaned, cut into very small cubes, spread to the liquid components;
- peel the garlic from the husk, cut it finely, send it after the ginger;
- we also pour olive oil;
- mix everything well.
The marinade is ready for further use. In it, you can not only pickle the bird, but also bake it in the oven: put the bird in a mold and pour marinade. The dish will turn out to be unrealistically delicious, and will also have a stunningly appetizing appearance.
Have a delicious chicken!
