Step 1:
First prepare the currant. Wash it in cold water, remove the twigs and crumpled berries. We grind the berries with a blender and cover them with sugar.
Step 2:
Put on fire and bring to a boil, cook on low heat for five minutes, do not forget to stir occasionally and remove the thick foam.
Step 3:
Remove from the stove and leave to cool for 3-4 hours. We put it back on the fire and boil it for 7 minutes.
Step 4:
Wipe through a sieve and bring to a boil again, pour into sterile jars and twist with boiled lids. The cake can be thrown away, or you can cook compote.
Step 5:
