Cooking method
1. We try to choose ripe, large and juicy fruits, they will get more juice.
2. We sort out the cherry, removing twigs, leaves and spoiled berries.
3. Fill the cherry with water and leave for an hour, so it will become even more juicy. While the cherries are soaked, we wash and sterilize the jars in a convenient way for you.
4. We put cherries in jars, sprinkling it with sugar, cover with lids. We put a towel on the bottom of the pan and put cans on it. The walls of the cans should not touch each other.
5. Pour hot water into a saucepan and boil a liter jar for 20 minutes. Immediately after that, we roll up the lids and put them under the blanket until they cool down completely.
