Dough on dry cream

Dough for delicious and lush pastries - airy and fluffy. Try! My favorite version of the dough for sweet pies or buns. They turn out to be incredibly airy and soft. The dough is very tender. I recommend it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 hours

1. To begin with, dilute the cream with water in the proportions of 1:1. Pay attention to the packaging and the manufacturer's information indicated on it. It is possible that other proportions will be needed to dilute your cream, just keep in mind that 250 ml should be obtained in the diluted form of cream.
2. Mix the diluted cream with milk and heat to 35-40 degrees.
3. Pour salt and sugar into the creamy milk mixture, and then add yeast.Mix everything well and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
4. At this time, beat the eggs and, when time passes, add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix it up.
5. Sift the flour and pour it in small portions, kneading the dough. When the dough is almost ready, but it will still be a little sticky, pour vegetable oil into it. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
6. Form a ball from the resulting dough, put it on the bottom of a sufficiently deep container, which is covered with a film or towel. Leave the dough in a warm place to come up for an hour (it should increase significantly in volume).
7. After an hour, the dough must be kneaded. Leave it to come up again for 45-60 minutes, then knead it again.

The dough is ready.

Successful and delicious pies!
