Cooking method
1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a hole in the center.
2. Pour salt into the hole and add water and egg.
3. Knead a tight homogeneous dough first with a spoon, and then with your hands (5 minutes).
4. Put the dough in a bag to rest (or wrap in a film) for 30 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into pieces the size of a chicken egg. From this volume of dough, about 15 pieces are obtained.
6. Dusting the table with flour, roll out each piece into a flat cake and fry on both sides in a dry frying pan over medium heat.
7. Lubricate the finished pita bread with water, stack it and cover it with a damp towel.
