Step 1:
So: Take mustard powder, add salt and sugar. (The more sugar, the stronger the mustard will be!) But don't overdo it!
Step 2:
Pour the mustard with boiling water.
Step 3:
Mix. The mass should not be thick and not very liquid consistency.
Step 4:
Transfer the mass to the jar.
Step 5:
Wrap the jar with a towel, or put it in a glove - grip. And we put it on the battery for the night, or on a heated towel rail. In the morning we put it in the refrigerator. We are waiting for two more days. In general, the longer the mustard is infused, the more vigorous it will be. But then we eat our mustard with meat, cold, sausage, and we prefer it with salsa!
