Yeast dough on yolks and sour milk

Is the milk sour? Prepare an airy and delicate dough for pies! If my milk turns sour, I know where to apply it. I usually cook yeast dough on it, which makes excellent pies or buns. Very soft and airy dough! It's nice to work with him and simple. And the most important thing is that it can be frozen without any loss of qualities. From these ingredients, the dough is obtained twice, so it can be divided in half. For example, freeze one half, and bake pies from the second.

We will cook the dough on sour milk like this:

1. Dilute the yeast in warm water.

2. Break the egg into a bowl, add the yolk.

3. Put sugar and salt in the eggs. Rub it. (If the pies are planned to be sweet, put 2 tsp sugar and 0.5 tsp salt).

4. Add vegetable oil and whisk with a fork or whisk.

5. Without stopping stirring, pour in the sour milk and yeast.

6. Sift the flour. Add flour to the bowl in small portions.

7. Knead the dough. Knead until it stops sticking to your hands. The dough should be soft and pleasant to the touch.

8. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for about an hour (until the volume doubles).

The dough is ready and you can proceed to the preparation of pies or freeze it for the future.
