1. Take a ripe cherry. Try to choose large, ripe berries, but not overripe. We remove the unripe and wormy ones. Wash and leave in the water for an hour.
2. Next, from the washed berries, you need to get the bones. Do it as you like, now there are devices on sale that facilitate this work. You need to do this very carefully so as not to crush the pulp.
3. We lay out the peeled berries in pre-sterilized jars.
We put a towel on the bottom of the pan and put cans in it. Fill with water, not reaching the neck a couple of centimeters.
4. Put the pan on fire, sterilize the half-liter jars for 15 minutes, if the jar is liter, then 20 minutes. We take out the cans and twist them. Wrap it up until it cools down completely.
