Step 1:
Collect the necessary ingredients. Peel and chop the garlic.
Step 2:
Wash the plums, dry them and remove the bones
Step 3:
Put the plums in a blender bowl and chop.
Step 4:
Put the plum puree in a saucepan, add sugar, salt and curry. Mix it up.
Step 5:
Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Carefully remove the foam.
Step 6:
Add garlic. Cook for another 15 minutes, stirring. If desired, you can add hot pepper, but I wanted a sweet sauce.
Step 7:
Put the hot sauce in the prepared jars and sterilize for 20 minutes. I had enough for 2 cans of 850 grams. Then we close the lids, turn them over, wrap them up and let them cool down. After that, we put it away for storage in a dark place.
Step 8:
This sauce is good to serve with meat, potato zraz and just with bread. Very tasty!
This sauce is suitable for those who are worried about their stomach. It's quite spicy, but not spicy.
