Cooking method
1. In a deep bowl, sift the flour and mix 2 eggs into it.
2. Add cold water and salt.
3. Knead the dough. Gradually add olive oil.
4. Leave the dough on the table for about 30 minutes, covering it with a film.
5. Divide the dough into 6 parts.
6. Roll out each sausage as thin as possible.
7. Cover with a towel and let the rolled dough dry.
