Step 1:
How to brew masala tea with milk? Prepare the products for making tea.

Mix milk and water in a saucepan. Put it on the fire. I advise you to pre-rinse the ladle with cold water so that the milk does not burn during cooking.
Step 3:
Bring milk and water to a boil. Add all the spices. Mix well. Boil the milk with spices a little. A couple of minutes will be enough.
Step 4:
Pour in the tea leaves and add sugar. Mix it up. Cook the mixture for five minutes, stirring it from time to time.
Step 5:
Then turn off the heat, cover and let the tea brew for 15 minutes.
Step 6:
Strain the tea through a fine sieve. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!

Take medium fat milk. Some recipes are based entirely on only one milk, in others it is diluted with water. There are options when milk is added to a ready-made drink.
As a sweetener, you can add honey or any syrup.
But the main thing in masala tea is still spices. they can be taken both ground and whole, having previously ground them in a mortar. If you have fresh ginger, then put it better - it will give a pleasant sharpness to the drink.
