1. In a clean glass container (it can be an ordinary jar), pour ground coffee, add spices: anise, cloves and cinnamon. Also at this stage, add the right amount of vanilla sugar.
2. Pour the prepared ingredients with vodka. We close the container tightly with a lid and send it to a dark place. It can be a cellar or a basement. Instead of vodka, you can use alcohol diluted to the desired strength.
3. We insist vodka on coffee and spices for 12 days. Periodically shake the container with the contents.
4. After the specified time, the tincture is filtered through a sieve or through gauze folded in a couple of layers.
5. Pour sugar into a saucepan, fill with water. We send the saucepan to the fire, let the sugar completely dissolve. Cook the syrup for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
6. Cool the syrup to room temperature, then combine with coffee tincture. We close the container with a lid again and send it back to a dark place. This time we insist the liquor for 30 days.
7. The finished drink is bottled, stored in the refrigerator.
