Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the tincture. The alcoholic base for the tincture should be selected carefully so as not to come across a counterfeit product. You can use vodka, alcohol or cognac. Apples should be well ripe, sweet, fragrant. It is better to take winter varieties, they are more solid. Soft fruits during infusion can immediately turn into porridge and spoil the product.
Step 2:
Apples are well washed, dried on a paper towel. We remove the core with seeds. Together in the peel, the pulp is cut into small cubes.
Step 3:
Put the pieces of fruit in a jar (it's better to take a small glass container for a sample), pour the apples with vodka so that the liquid covers the contents of the jar by a couple of centimeters higher. We set the jar aside for 15 minutes. after the specified time, you can notice that the liquid in the jar has become much less. The apples have absorbed the liquid.
Step 4:
Add some more vodka. We close the jar with a lid and put it in a dark, cool place for two weeks.
Step 5:
After the specified time, we take out the jar with apples. We drain the vodka from the jar through gauze. If you don't want to throw away apples soaked in alcohol, then you can use them to make desserts for adults.
Step 6:
We cook sugar syrup from water with sugar. Pour water into a metal bowl, add sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, put on fire, bring the mixture to a boil and cook a couple of minutes. We remove the foam formed on the surface. Let the syrup cool down to room temperature. Pour it into a container with vodka, mix it, leave it to infuse for several hours.
Step 7:
Then filter through gauze, layered with cotton. The resulting tincture is bottled, corked and stored in a dark, cool place. It turns out a delicious drink with a pleasant apple flavor and aroma with a strength of about 15 degrees.
