Step 1:
How to make a salad with leeks and sour cream? Prepare the products. Boil the eggs hard-boiled beforehand (9-10 minutes), then cool them in cold water so that they are easier to clean. For salad dressing, I take sour cream (I have 20% fat content, you can have less), but you can take mayonnaise or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Lemon juice is optional, as is ground black pepper.
Step 2:
Wash the white part of the leek thoroughly from debris and sand, bending the long stems (if you have time, you can soak the onion in cold water for a few minutes). If the onion is not too young, scald it with boiling water and immediately pour ice water over it. Cut the onion base with the roots and cut into rings. Fold the chopped onion into the selected salad bowl.
Step 3:
Peel the boiled and cooled eggs from the shell. Cut the eggs into small cubes. Add them to a bowl with chopped onions.
Step 4:
Rinse fresh dill greens under running cold water and shake off excess liquid. Chop the dill and put it in the salad.
Step 5:
Add sour cream, salt and, if desired, lemon juice and black pepper to the salad. Stir the salad.
Step 6:
Ready-made leek salad with eggs can be served to the table. This salad will brighten up any lunch as a bright and healthy dish. It is good to serve this salad with potato dishes. Enjoy your meal!

If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
Prepare salads only from fully chilled foods. Cooked from warm, the salad can quickly deteriorate.
