Cooking method
Cooking this delicious tincture is very simple, and it is stored for at least a year, or even more. First prepare the berries, namely: separate them from the twigs, wash them thoroughly, wait for the water to drain.
Now the berries need to be filled in a suitable container (I use an ordinary glass jar), covered with sugar and pour vodka. Stir, close the lid tightly.
Put it in a warm place away from the light for 15 days. Do not forget to shake the future tincture every few days.
Filter the finished drink through gauze or a sieve, bottle it, close it tightly with corks or lids.
