Cooking method
Almost any popular liqueur can be made at home. This helps out many housewives, since drinks of this kind are widely used as part of culinary masterpieces, and they are not cheap.
Banana liqueur is a dessert alcoholic drink, it is served with sweets, sweet pastries, chocolate. The drink also goes well with fruits, especially oranges and apples.
1. Peel bananas, cut into small cubes. Using a blender, we grind bananas into a pulp. You can cope with this task without a blender: just crush the pieces of bananas with a fork.
2. Transfer the banana gruel to a deep bowl or other suitable container. Here we pour milk and condensed milk.
3. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Add egg whites to the resulting mass, beat again.
4. And now, without stopping whipping, pour vodka in a thin stream. The resulting drink is poured into a hermetically sealed container.
5. We send the container with liquor to the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes. The container must be tightly closed.
6. After the specified time, filter the liquor through a piece of gauze folded in two or three layers.
7. Pour the drink into a presentable bottle. We store it in the refrigerator.
Such liquor can be stored for one month. But it is still recommended to use it for 7 days, since long-term storage does not affect the taste qualities in the best way.
Drink with pleasure!
