Okroshka on chicken broth

Sudden union of summer soup and chicken broth. Just for the cold weather! light, really spring taste! There are a great many options for cooking okroshka: it is cooked on kefir, kvass, sour cream, and broth, which, by the way, is my favorite version of this dish.

So, let's start cooking okroshka in broth! Of course, eggs, potatoes and chicken breast need to be boiled (chicken broth, of course, we will not pour out – that's what we will fill our okroshka with). Then all the ingredients need to be crushed.

Here, too, you can show a little imagination – you can cut everything into small cubes or straws, whichever you like. Next, all the ingredients need to be mixed, add salt, citric acid, sour cream, pour broth and insist in the cold for about an hour. That's it, the okroshka on the broth is ready, you can serve it to the table and enjoy it!
