Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare semolina porridge with milk without lumps, take semolina, milk, salt and butter, for those who like sweet, add sugar. Also keep in mind that everyone loves porridges of different densities, so determine the volume of cereals for yourself. The calculation of liquid for "standard" semolina porridge is as follows: 1 tbsp.l. cereals with a slide for 1 glass of water or milk.
Step 2:
Pour milk and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 3:
Pour the right amount of semolina into the glass. At the moment when the milk boils, turn down the heat and, in a very thin trickle, pour the semolina, while constantly stirring the contents of the pan. This is the only way you can avoid the lumps hated by children.
Step 4:
Immediately add granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, mix and remove the porridge from the fire. Cover the pan tightly with a lid and stand for 10-15 minutes. Under the influence of steam under the lid, the porridge "reaches" and it gets thicker.
Step 5:
After the time has elapsed, we remove the lid, taste it, add sugar and / or salt if necessary. We put them on plates, adding butter. My daughter claims that semolina porridge is her favorite food!
It turns out that semolina porridge absolutely cannot be cooked! Because of this, it turns out to be "smudge", and when it cools down, a nasty crust forms on its surface. Let's cook semolina porridge according to my mom's recipe. According to this recipe, I cook porridge for my children.
