The Blue Lagoon cocktail seems to embody the very essence of the Caribbean Sea. Bright blue water, serene blue sky and relaxed atmosphere. White sand, a light breeze, gentle waves... Shall we prepare an exotic cocktail together?
To do this, pour Blue Curacao liqueur, vodka and lemon juice into a shaker. We take into account that the amount of these ingredients is calculated for three servings, so we divide everything by three, respectively.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well. We do it energetically, but not chaotically. There are rules for shaking, for example, you need to shake either horizontally or vertically. Shake the shaker for no more than a minute. The purpose is to mix and cool the ingredients.
The glasses need to be cooled in the freezer beforehand. However, they can be cooled quickly by filling with crushed ice. It is enough to hold for a minute or two and the glasses will cool well.
So, fill the first glass with two-thirds ice cubes, then filter a cocktail from a shaker into the glass. It is necessary to filter it so that there are no small ice crystals in the cocktail - they will spoil the taste and sensations of the drink.
Top up the glass with sprite, and then decorate the cocktail with pieces of tropical fruit, cocktail cherry, strawberry, lime circle or just an umbrella.
We serve a colorful cocktail with a straw. Repeat the same for the other two portions.
