Absinthe sambuca cocktail

Exotic three-layer cocktail at home. The cocktail of absinthe and sambuca looks fantastic. The ingredients are quite exotic: wormwood-creamy taste-sweet taste. You can drink the drink in three ways: in one gulp at a time, through a straw, set fire and drink. If there is no Bailey, it can be replaced with any other creamy liqueur.

It's not so difficult to prepare a cocktail, the main thing is to lay the layers correctly and slowly:

- pour sambuca at the bottom of the stack;

- then we lean the spoon (or the tip of the knife) against the wall of the stack and pour the creamy liqueur in a very thin stream, as the stack fills, we slowly lift the spoon up;

- in the same way we form the third layer of absinthe;

- the final stage is pomegranate syrup, with the help of a cocktail straw we drop a few drops on the drink, due to its density, drops of grenadine fall immediately to the bottom of the stack.
