Homemade Smoked Sprat Pâté
An incredibly tasty pâté from everyday ingredients. I've made all sorts of pâtés, but the one made from smoked sprats is probably the tastiest. You can spoon it into tartlet shells or simply spread it on bread or toast. It's a first-rate appetizer for both holidays and ordinary days.
