How to make a salad with pancakes and sausage? Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper, whisk with a whisk. Bake thin pancakes from eggs.

While the pancakes are cooling, cut the sausage and cucumber into strips.

Also cut the cooled pancakes into strips.

In a deep bowl, combine the sausage, pancakes and cucumber. Add chopped garlic and herbs. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
