Semolina Kissel

    1. Wash and peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the cores and stems. 2. Put the apple quarters in a saucepan and pour in a little water. Set the pan over low heat and simmer the apples for 5–10 minutes (until they soften). 3. In a separate saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Sift the semolina into it through a sieve, stirring constantly. 4. Add the plain and vanilla sugar and stir until the crystals dissolve completely. 5. Blend the apples with a blender and combine them with the semolina. Blend again. 6. Spoon the mixture into dessert glasses and refrigerate for an hour. The semolina kissel is ready.
