Semolina jelly from semolina

Vitamin and light delicacy is the perfect breakfast for a cheerful day! Starch is not needed for such a jelly, since semolina gives the desired consistency. Try it - it's a very tasty and healthy dessert. If you take sweet apples, you don't need to add sugar.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Wash and peel the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the seed pods, stalks.
2. Put the apple quarters in a saucepan, pour a little water. Put the pan on low heat, simmer the apples for 5-10 minutes (until they become soft).
3. In a separate saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Through a sieve, sift semolina into it, stirring continuously.
4. Add plain and vanilla sugar, mix until the crystals are completely dissolved.
5. Whisk the apples with a blender, combine them with semolina. Whisk again.
6. Spread the resulting mass on the cremans, put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Semolina jelly is ready.
