Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 45 min

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk.

2. Pour in vodka.

3. Salt, pour sugar.

4. Sift half of the flour, add it to a bowl and mix everything.

5. Sift the rest of the flour, add two-thirds to the remaining ingredients and knead the dough (if necessary, add the remaining flour - it may not be needed depending on the quality of the flour).

6. Knead the dough until soft and plastic, form a ball from it, wrap it in a film and leave it for half an hour.

7. Knead the dough and divide it in half.

8. Roll out the first half (not too thin, about 0.7 cm thick), cut it into strips 3-4 cm wide, then cut them thinly across.

9. We do the same with the remaining dough.

10. Preheat the frying pan with oil, fry all the dough strips in small portions until golden (it is important - slightly golden). We put the finished ones on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Then we transfer it to a bowl.

11. Put honey in a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil, stirring.

12.Pour the syrup over the fried dough strips, mix, spread on a flat dish.

13. We form a slide with important hands.

14. Decorate with pastry sprinkles.

Everything is ready!
