Seafood Salad with Cream

Seafood and healthy-eating fans will love the delicate flavor of this dish. I'd like to share a recipe for seafood in a cream dressing. Besides supplying your body with good things, seafood is wonderfully delicate and tasty. This dish is very easy to make and works just as well for a holiday table as for an everyday meal.

  • Boil the shrimp and the cleaned squid in salted water with a bay leaf, then let them cool. Simply peel the shrimp, and cut the squid into medium pieces. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and tear them into large pieces. Wash the parsley and chop it finely. Toss the chopped greens with the seafood, season with salt, drizzle with cream, and dust with cinnamon. You can also dress this dish with unsweetened plain yogurt or vegan mayonnaise instead of cream. Spoon the finished seafood and cream into a salad bowl, garnish with parsley or basil leaves, and serve. Enjoy!
