Step 1:
How to make a Tender Salad with crab sticks? Prepare the products. Boil the potatoes until ready in a uniform, then cool (I have small potatoes, so I take four pieces). Boil the eggs until tender and leave in cold water to cool. Wash the dill and dry it. I take hard cheese, you can take what you have at home. Instead of crab sticks, you can take crab meat, get it to defrost at room temperature. Prepare the salad dishes.
Step 2:
Peel the potatoes boiled in a uniform and grate them on a coarse grater. Put the grated potatoes on the bottom of the salad bowl and smear with mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Boiled eggs, cooled in cold water, peel from the shell and grate on a coarse grater. Eggs can not be rubbed, but simply finely chopped. Put the crushed eggs in a second layer in a salad bowl, smear this layer also with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Crab sticks, if frozen, then defrost. Remove them from the packaging, remove the film. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes. Put the chopped crab sticks in a salad bowl on top of the egg layer.
Step 5:
The selected cheese - it can be hard cheese, or semi-hard, but with a slightly pronounced taste - remove from the package and grate on a coarse grater. Put the cheese on top of the layer with crab sticks, liberally smear this layer with mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Fresh dill greens (washed and dried) finely chop. If the salad was laid out in a common salad bowl, then chopped greens can be sprinkled on the salad itself completely or decorated by making a ring of greens on top of the salad.
Step 7:
Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator for a while so that it cools and all the layers are soaked. Serve the salad chilled as an independent dish or as one of the salads in the festive menu.
This is a very light salad with a minimum of ingredients. All of them are simple, low-cost, with a mild neutral taste. Such a salad will not find opponents and will become one of the salads for a variety of the festive table.

Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
How to buy crab sticks correctly? Be sure to pay attention to the expiration date of the product. Surimi meat (minced white fish) should appear in the list of ingredients in the first place. Important! Do not buy the product if there is frost on it. This is a sign of repeated freezing. Fresh sticks should be free of gray and yellow spots, elastic and slightly moist. If the product is sticky, it means it is spoiled.
