Cooking method
1. A piece of beef is washed under running water. We put it in a saucepan, fill it with water so that the meat is completely covered. We send it to the fire, boil it until ready. During cooking, do not forget to remove the foam. We try to make sure that the broth does not boil violently. Rapid boiling contributes to the turbidity of the broth.
2. You need to cook beef for about 30-40 minutes from the moment of boiling. A small piece does not cook for so long. We extract the finished meat from the broth, cool it. When the beef cools down a little, we disassemble it into pieces. There is no need to cut, it can be easily done with your hands.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, send it to the fire. Then fry the pieces of beef on it until browned.
4. Pour sesame oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom, send it to the fire.
5. Peel the ginger root and grate it on a fine grater.Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press.
6. When the oil in the pan boils, put ginger and garlic in it, cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
7. Then add soy sauce and rice vinegar, keep on fire for a minute. Pour the broth in which the meat was cooked, bring to a boil.
8. Add Chinese instant noodles to the boiling aromatic broth, cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles soften. We try for salt, if necessary, add to taste.
9. My green onion, cut with a sharp knife. Boil the eggs in a separate saucepan. This can be done in advance or in parallel with the preparation of soup.
10. We put the fried meat in the soup. Remove the pan from the stove. Eggs are cleaned from the shell, cut in half.
11. Lay out the soup in portions, sprinkle with chopped green onions, add an egg.
Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
